By completing the checkout procedure, you are placing an order with EOS Training Limited for the delivery of the requested items in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Please note that after placing an order on this website you should receive email confirmation. Unless you receive this notification email your order may not have been successfully processed by our server, and therefore may remain unprocessed. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at info@eostraining.com stating the nature of the fault, or call us on 01342 716611. A replacement will be sent out to you free of charge.
Our aim is to despatch the items you order immediately from stock*. UK delivery is by DPD Local. Orders for deliveries outside the UK are subject to special arrangements – please email us for details. We add a carriage charge to each order to cover postage and packing, price & times listed below:

For next-day delivery please allow sufficient time to assemble and pack materials, all orders need to be received by 14:00 hours. Any orders received after 14:00 hours will be dispatched the following working day. Working day refers to Monday to Friday only, 08:00 – 17:00
Within our range of products, only the Road Haulage and Passenger Transport PowerPoint Training Packs are subject to VAT at the standard rate of 20%. All notes and self-study packs are zero-rated VAT.
We accept payment by Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and Visa Delta. Our preferred mode of card payment is secure online processing of your credit card details, using encryption technology, and with the usual secure icon displayed by your browser.
